| Welcome back to shadowbane.the-tribunal.com! We've finally made it past the Aug 1st blackout faster than ever before. I'd like to thank Ethaniel once again for giving me access to the domain name. And to help keep this from happening again, I have registered the domain name for the next five years! So, come in, post, and enjoy. Now that this has been resolved, we'd like to announce some changes on the way for our website. In the next month or so, we will be moving to a new host and completely revamping the website. Though the website and features will change to reflect WoW and EQ2, the original Shadowbane version of our site will be archived permanently. We will be updating our Snitz forums with new features I have developed that will give more options to users and allow for even greater customization by our admins. I'd like to apologize for the down time again, but welcome you back to The Tribunal!  |

| Aside from Z's web page maintenance post, I'd like to mention that Ethaniel still owns the-tribunal.com domain, which Z and I are working to get into our hands. It's not a big deal, but it makes the site easier to re-register. We're looking into switching to a cheaper host reasonable soon, which will cause a little downtown starting August 1st. If the the-tribunal.com isn't up in a few days, be sure to try HTTP://WWW.THE-TRIBUNAL.NET/ I actually own this domain for our guild, and it's still active. If anytime after 10am (Central) tomorrow, you cannot access the game, it means that there is probably technical difficulty or a scheduled maintenance (which we will do our best to alert you to ahead of time). | On the 20th Day of Torvald the Strong, a new city was formed on a remote island on the world of Corruption. This city, Nandramiel's Judgement will be a great fortress to those who follow the Flame, and a beacon of hope on this Church-dominated fragment. The small island is a green dot, amidst a sea of ice, a sign, truly, that the heat of the Flame can even thaw the coldest region. So, too, is the Temple an oasis in this world, bringing heat and life to the coldest of men, showing them the passion of the Cleansing Flame, and the salvation it can bring. This is truly an awe-inspiring day, one as memorable as the founding of Cinderholm, our own fair city. |

| The Tribunal has formed a new nation with the Kingdom of Melvaunt called "Trueblood". The crest is similar to ours, but bears a white crowned sword (like King's Cross). We support Sandar Daenyr's claim to the throne of Cambruin, and as such have pledged support to him, but uniting with his other followers. The Tribunal has entered its rightful place as adviser to the Nobles, as we anticipated to do with House Tregaron so long ago, before their House was destroyed. |

| Shadowbane has been released, and is now avaliable at many computer-stores in the U.S. and Canada. Most people who have pre-ordered have already recieved their copy. I should remind you that we will be playing on MOURNING together with the SRA (the Shadowbane Roleplayer's Association), so remember to create your characters there. | It looks as if WP and Ubi really do love us, as this is quite a Valatine's day treat! Today Vosx stated: Beginning today, ubi.com will be sending out invitations for 10,000 additional Shadowbane beta testers. These new testers are expected to contribute to the final stages of class and discipline testing, as well as siege warfare. This new beta expansion will officially begin larger scale server stability and stress testing for Shadowbane, which is expected to continue until Gold Master. The beta acceptance e-mails will start going out later today and should be completed sometime Sunday evening. Further beta population expansions are also planned for next week. Hopefully many of the faithful will be let in to help fight back the swarms of heretics! |

| This is from Vosx... "For the second time in five days, the massive gates of the Shadowbane Closed Beta are opening up to allow more testers into the world of Aerynth. Five thousand new testers will be admitted into the beta test sometime today, the largest amount in the game's history. The new testers were ordered by ubi.com Associate Shadowbane Producer Arkama to do whatever they could to break the game. "We want them to break Shadowbane. We really need them to tear this game apart so we can analyze it, fix it, and put it all back together. We need them to give us the best that they can muster," said Arkama." Here we go people! Let's welcome the 5,000 new people into the fold!

| The new shipping date for Shadowbane has been set to March 25, 2003! And with the new people being added to beta, hopefully this date will be the final date. |
| Starting Wednesday, the 15th of January, Wolfpack will be adding an additional 1000 beta testers to the open beta. They'll be picking from their "waiting list" of eager fans to do the beta. They'll be contacting about 250 players a day. Hopefully we'll have some Tribunal in that number. |
