Our lesson today is a simple one, but one that is important nonetheless. We all claim to be pure of heart, but we must live a life of trials, so that our souls can be tested, and reintroduced to purity. Our existence in this world is not about simple living, but is about duty, duty to our Lord, the All-Father and duty to ourselves.
